Per is CTO of Method AI. Before joining Method AI, Per served as VP of R&D at Corindus where he was responsible for leading research and development efforts for the endovascular robotics portfolio. During his tenure at Corindus, he launched the company’s first- and second-generation robotic systems, led the development of remote robotics, next-generation thrombectomy technologies, and autonomous navigation capabilities, and scaled the intellectual property portfolio from 7 to 71 granted patents, supporting the $1.1B acquisition by Siemens Healthineers. Per’s extensive system and software engineering experience has allowed him to develop highly effective technology acceleration techniques based on iterative systems engineering and model-based design. Prior to Corindus, Per served in various technical leadership roles across multiple companies, including NeuroMetrix and Delsys. He holds a M.S. in Mechatronics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. In addition, Per continues to serve as an advisor to Siemens Healthineers robotics business.
